There are a LOT of people at my work on incident bridges right now for major nationwide outages being reported by a wireless providers.

T-Mobile is in the middle of a massive outage, also reports of Sprint, US Cellular, AT&T, and Verizon.

It's not rare for one carrier to have an outage, but pretty rare for many to have one at the same time, unless they are all using some underlying provider for the same service (which is usually redundant, anyways)

I just heard "Russia" and "DDOS attack" mentioned by someone from our infosec group in the background of a call I just left.

Even that seems unlikely, since it is across multiple carriers.

Time will tell, I guess.
