Honest answer to the ops question. We know better. This is not a matter of bad people or inferior race or any such nonsense or hatred.
The majority of our culture values respect for authority (within reason), and theirs for the most part does not.
If people would simply be polite and use their manners...99% of this [bleep] could be avoided and we could all live together in peace because the reality is that every life matters.
