Doesn't surprise me at all, did Trump sign this for a vote or money? Trump cost us a lot of money when he shut the country down, now he's kicking our pride in the teeth. Who knows it might be the dumocrat coming out in him. Trump is going to look like a real azz if he doesn't get reelected.
