I don't know what he was doing exactly, didn't have a need to know. But he was in and out of the embassy fairly often. I don't think our ambassador liked him meddling in his turf, but like I said, he was one of Slick Willie's trusted agents in Balkan affairs.
I just though he was an arrogant prick.
