I'm a non-resident and hunt Colorado every year, I don't think it's a good idea but I don't live there. A group of hunters here in New Jersey wanted to do the same thing but it was shot down by other hunting groups. The reason is we didn't want bird watchers, hikers and horse riders having a say in what goes on in State Gamelands. The first thing they will want to do is ban hunting!
