How can this be? Its illegal to own handguns in Chicago. Don't gun laws work??
I am also sick of these shootings called "Gun Violence".
Why do they not call it gang violence?
There was no problem bringing in the "FEDS", 100 years ago to clean up the Mob, Al Capone, etc... and there were probably less than half the killings there are now.
Very sad state.
