I expect restaurants to practice good hygiene.
Employees don't always wash hands. The one leaving the stall that works at the Chinese place didn't.
Health dept can care less.
I always read the local Health Dept restaurant report in the paper - it is educational and often entertaining. But I have never seen a place written up for "employee did not wash hands."
Ive reported the rancid sea food after getting food poisoning and they could care less .
Now, when it comes to killing grandpa with their shots and turning grandma into a vegetable for years, they are there to serve! Give little Sally birth control...sure . One nurse in a south Western PA dept had contagious Tuberculosis!!!! Colleen coughs and hacks and still worked with her patients. Apparently, her director knows.
Why would anyone with a conscience stay at a job sharing TB with the public??? Only at the health departments.
