When I was on a high protein diet bout 15 years ago at least six a day for a year. Doctor always wondered why I didn't test high at all for cholesterol that year.


Because 90%+ of doctors don't understand dietary fat consumption. As good as our medical system is, it's really alarming how poor the nutritional education they get can be.
