I have owned my share of .22 rifles over the years, hunting guns mostly. I decided maybe I should buy one that put the emphasis on accuracy. Not a match or high-dollar benchrest gun, but something a few notches up from my Nylon 66.i
To that end, I purchased a CZ 457 Varmint and topped it with a Nikon 4-12 scope. It is a very nice combination. I have no doubt the rifle will shoot one hole groups at 50 yards. My aging eyes ability to bring that to happen is another matter.
