I put a Heinie compensator on my old Delta Elite, back in the '90s, and it kept the muzzle rise down a lot with the right loads (A 135gr. bullet with a LOT of powder under it). The Heinie came with a longer threaded barrel and compensator, and IIRC, a different spring set-up. I shot it at local IPSC matches for awhile, just to see what if any, help it might give.
Altogether, it was a lot of fun.

No gunmaker, as far as I know, sells a compensated 10mm complete, you have to buy a regular pistol and assemble your own rig. It's not hard, but you have to pay attention.
