I know the 458 SOCOM works for sure. My 450 BM upper started life as a SOCOM and when I couldn't get it to run correctly I just pulled the barrel off and replaced it with the BM. I have another upper here with a 458 SOCOM barrel on it and may just do the same thing with it. I lost patience with trying to get the SOCOM's to function right, but the Bushmaster ran perfect right from the start.

I just gave up on the socom too. After my second one that I just couldn't get to feed and function reliably. Seems like the chambers and dies never matched well. Mine were just radical uppers. They replaced the first one but the new one was worse. I worked on the first one forever to get a load that was almost reliable and didn't want to go through the process again.

I sent it back to radical and they said sorry for the problems and admitted they had lots of issues with their socoms. They offered to send me two of their other uppers to make up for the problems. I still haven't seen them yet but last time I called they said the wdre going out this week. I hope to have them next week but who knows for sure as busy as everyone is. I went with a 8.5" blackout pistol and a 16" 350 legend.
