This - on the mark - have traveled through and spent a lot of time in almost all of it during the past 50 years. A steady and deliberate social decline - one could see it progressing - in 1992 turned down a very attractive assignment because it would have meant working and living in that "fabulous" area along the bay south of SF. No way.


The whole west coast area has often been called a victim of its own successes.
