is getting harder all the time! Almost wish I'd started drinking coffee in my youth. Can't stand the smell of it, but dang, I'm getting too old for this!  ................I converted over to de-caff several years ago. In my case and since being off caffeine my sinuses have been much clearer in the morning. Had a few headaches during the transition.
