This is old news. And is common among both "D" and "R" candidates. There are dozens of examples of recent politicians stealing others' speeches. The plagiarism admission is new to me though. There are far worse skeletons in Biden's closet, and the trunk of his car, and under the stairs, etc. No one is going to care anymore. Facts mattered in '88 far more than they do now.
