David- I shoot and have shot many-many pounds of IMR4064 in .308 with no issues. Sounds like our air temps are very similar. It’s mid 90’s here now and come rifle season it’ll be 20’s in the mornings.
I run max/near max charges, it seems that’s what my .308’s like. I’m big on 165’s, they usually always exit critters and have plenty of energy way out there. I haven’t checked speeds, I never have got hung up on velocities.
I usually find pressure and back down.

I could run 4064 and 4350 and never look back.
