That’s just the tomatoes. Already did all of my pickles, jams, pie toppings, spirited fruits and fruit in syrup. Have eggplant finishing now (melanzane sottolio) which gets canned tomorrow. Just about finished stocking up for a good winter. Need to kill some deer and a bear and I’ll have lots of time to sit next to the wood stove and relax worry free
