If the election looks like it's going to Trump they'll say that there are many ballots that have not been delivered yet. This way they can delay the outcome. This will give them time to find hanging chads and votes that were misplaced. We're past being able to use the ballot to keep our country safe from these people. They will either have to be dealt with the same as our founders did the British or we will lose the Republic.
