I own a number of different Mystery Ranch packs and find that the belt on my Pop Up 28 is smaller than my Pintler, Beartooth, and Metcalf. I'm 5'11' and have a 36 in waist and use a L waist belt for those three. I jumped up to an XL for the Pop Up 28.
