I'm surprised how well Sweden is doing without draconian policies too.
My theory is that there's multiple reasons like the one in the article, proximity to the equator, and financial motives.
For instance, as soon as another fed grant was offered, all of a sudden my state went from the bottom of the list to having thousands test positive overnight.
I don't trust their #s here. I do trust that lots of people in the right places got much wealthier.
