Have a .280 in 725. Great rifle and probably the handsomest production rifle Remington ever manufactured, the Enfield safety notwithstanding. Certainly the best checkering I've ever seen on a Remington factory stock. With a Leupold Vari-XIII 2.5x8x scope it's my favorite big game rifle. The only beef I have with mine (other than paying too much for it because I REALLY wanted one) is that a prior owner had a small (dime sized diameter) compass inletted into the comb. Fine job, but it does kind of impact the value to a collector. However, that will be my kids' problem, as I plan on keeping it until I go toes north.
