It just proves that she is/was a partisan hack and not interested in the Constitution.
She wishes to deny a sitting POTUS his Constitutional right to appoint a SCOTUS Justice and the Senates right to provide advice and consent............
The US Constitution provides NO provision for altering the process due the timing of death, elections etc.
Scream and stamp your feet all you want DEMs, there is NO binding 'Rule', history or custom........... you've argued both sides....

So, she was OK with an election year nomination with Obama but not under Trump.
