As good as Trumps first three years was, it would appear as though Obama's three years was even better.

Economy turned on like a light switch the day after the election. At least construction did. Literally the day after Trump was elected. Biden wins (not gonna happen) it will turn off like a light switch. I guarantee you my long term plans will change to a lot more guarded strategy.
