recently, I was entering the local branch of a chain liquor store. The black employee inside told me I had to wear a mask. I told him I had a medical exemption, and did not have to wear one. He countered by saying it had nothing to do with local law and exemptions, but it was company policy. My riposte was 'well, if corporate came out with a policy that banned black folks, would you be ok with that. Doing so would contravene law but hey, if it's company policy, it's ok?"
While he tried to figure that out, I went ahead and bought the Bulleitt Rye whiskey I wanted, paid and left. On the way out, he walked over and said "what you said was uncalled for". I told him to just think about it.
I am SO over virtue signaling and wokescolds.
