14 g sugar.This stuff is poison. Sugar is the reason for hardening of the arteries, not fat. Note that a 32 oz Gatorade is 4 servings so there's 56 grams of sugar in a bottle. Nobody drinks only 1 8oz serving.

Powerade's even worse than that. They list their serving size as about 5oz. A full bottle contains a year's worth of sugar for a healthy person.
