I've used 40 grains of H4895 or Varget under 100 grain BTs and Partitions in a varieties of 260s with some success on whitetails.

43 grains of Varget under the 95 grain VMax has been a great predator load for me, but hard on hides if you care about such things.

3,200 fps should be about right with 40 grains.
