OP crsides Campfire Regular C Joined: Jan 2013 Posts: 695 South Carolina	Just purchased a nice 94 in 38-40 (BIg Bore Lever ???). I know the revolver loads are in the 1100fps range. Can the 94 be pushed higher, or is it a metallurgy thing. Serial number is 5xx, which falls after 1906 so assume it is smokeless powder friendly. Seems dating after 1906 by serial number is a guessing game. thanks for the help Charlie
