no, they are not they are bankrupt, badly, cause of all the illegals and crazy socialism. I'd be deliriously happy to see the "progressives" and illegals go, but they can't have any nukes and they can't come back, no matter what they change or beg us for. they cant block our access to Pacific goods passing thru their ports, or tax them, either.
