With a 1,000 deaths per day in the NY metro area (during the height of the pandemic) and family & friends dying faster than you can reconcile with; its hard to characterize this as "bullshit". Covid killed these poor people who would be alive today in the absence of CV19. People live long and productive lives with a variety of common health issues that are now termed "co-morbidity".
Just sayin'.
My PA went to the Bronx during the worst, a military guy, he said it was some of
the more disturbing things he has seen.
True triage. With limited resources and overwhelming sick, they were treating anyone
in need of a respirator as a DNR. That lasted for about two weeks.
I know 3 who had it, know of several more.
1 died.
It's a nasty bug.
Really nasty for some.
Thing is, it's a political football.
Thrown back and forth.
Lies for and against. Takes some serious thought to get close to the truth.
