I live in CA and am forced to use them. They work fine for what I do (squirrels and other small vermin).
I shoot them out of a .204 and a .22-250.
Barnes Varmint Grenades in the 50 grain version key hole at 100 yards out of my 1:14 Remington 700 .22-250.
So now I'm shooting the 36 grain version without issue.
