The thing I notice the most, is her training on how to listen. She dose not nod her head, nor smile to either affirm or show disagreement in statements made. She sits still and looks at the speaker and not around the room. having been trained in law enforcement I always found it very hard to sit in a witness chair and remain expressionless while the defense attorneys try to get under your skin. I did it but it was a hard thing to do.
