Why in the world do Philly police not have Tasers? Makes no sense
I wouldn’t be to keen on tasing a charging man with a knife. Seems like a good way to get sliced and diced.
The Philly police commissioner was interviewed about that. She said they can't supply all their officers with tasers due to budget cuts. And the morons who want to defund the police will be criticizing them for not using tasers.
