I bought an RWS 350 N-tec several months ago (after Kragman forced me) and decided to be cheap and put on a scope I had in hand rather than get another purpose built springer scope.
The little Burris Timberline 4.5-14 seemed like a nice fit and it worked well but last weekend I noticed a rattle in the adjustable eye piece, Hmm.
I'd been told they'd handle the recoil but apparently not. It never lost zero, just rattles.

No knock on Burris, I love their scopes and I'll be glad to get this one back. This was MY fault for being CHEAP!

Today, I'm mounting another Hawke Airmax 4-12x40 , number 4 because they work perfectly for a springers (gas ram) recoil.

Save yourself some grief and buy a purpose built scope designed for springer recoil from the start.

The Burris will go on a 6mmCreedmoor.
