A friend who teaches an adult Sunday school class challenged them,
"Spend this week thinking about the worst law, the one that did maximum damage.
We will discuss it next Sunday."

So come Sunday, there were the expected,
Remove school prayer, stores open on Sunday, Roe...

His idea?
Banning alcohol!
Imagine the gasps,

But,
I was a law trying to force ideas on people.
It couldn't really be enforced.
It actually made drinking trendy.
It created the organized crime organizations.

It made it acceptable to ignore the law!

In the last 12 years our country has made ignoring the law increasingly
more acceptable. The covid thing has become so mismanaged that
it's become a thing to ignore the guidelines.

Ones that make sense.

Who honestly thinks masks don't help avoid spreading it.
Not protect the wearer, but limit the spread.
Not near perfect, but if you put you hand over a sneeze or cough,
A mask is much better.

But the stupid rules have pissed people off.
And they are burnt out.

I rarely wear one. Only to go in stores and check out.
Just when I'm near people for time.
And I do believe they help!

This heavy handed kindergarten teacher stuff isn't going to work.

Parents who say they have good kids..Usually don't!
