This is a very strange deal, as some people have few to practically no symptoms, while others become very ill, with some of those dying. I've known some who died from it. Sorry for the loss of your friend.
It’s totally bizarre. My mom (83) got it like 2-3 weeks ago. She has multiple myeloma, she pulled through. The old man (88) was sicker than a dog too, he pulled through.
