We went to sportsman’s last night. I got to handle the new Ruger 5.7. It’s seems like a nice pistol. Decent ergonomics. I wouldn’t mind having one, but the ammunition shelves were bare. No point in buying something you can’t find ammunition for.
I looked at a Diamond Back 5.56 pistol, I believe it also comes with a 300 BO barrel. $ 899 so I passed.
But yeah ammunition was slim. I did find 2 boxes of 00 in 25 round boxes.
