225 Serria GK's has performed admirably on W/T at speeds of 2468-2518 fps using IMR-4320. The 250 grain Speer at 2353 fps works superbly on elk. I have almost totally gone over to cast bullets now, the RCBS 35-200 FN and a custom mold that Mountain Molds did for me that weighs 225 grains. For puredee fun nothing beats the Lyman 358156 around 1600 fps.
