"Assuming" a 6' barrel and a with few other SWAGS thrown in, the sight is off somewhere at or over 0.10".
I think that is discernible to the naked eye.
Can you note any tilt off to the opposite direction to the bullets impacts.
Oh, something I had not considered, is the barrel bent.
Gun from that era may well have been used for attitude adjustment purposes.
