I think everyone here knows that is a joke but the problem is the general public believes whatever the media feeds them. Anyone that has seen a Federal prosecutor in action firsthand knows how easy it is for them to trump up federal charges (no pun intended) and how low the bar is for a conviction and ridiculous some of the sentences are. Anyone caught in that net should be concerned, they are going to make an example of them.
