That's a photo that says capital punishment is good. I saw a lot of freaks in prison but when I hauled a squirrelly guy to the Institution for the Criminally Insane the guy started acting reallll normal and frankly scared. He came back a very different guy. But this guy would probably never look anything but scary. Funny thing but when his type (Phil Specter) stroll into the room you can almost hear the theme for the "TWILIGHT ZONE". I hated special visits and lawyer visits for his kind.
