Time to apply for elk in Arizona..
I bought my license just fine, but can't get the application page to come up.
I click on the enter the draw button and it takes me to this white page and keeps me there..with no more options.
I've gone back to homepage and clicked on the draw button a hundred times.
I called the department they say they open at 7:30 but are currently closed.
Absolutely frustrating.
Anyone else having issues?
