No, the commie’s were releasing, still contagious (Symptomatic), CV-19 patients from hospitals, and back into Nursing homes and LTC facilities, knowing it would kill many of the infirmed and elderly living there, being they did not have true concealment from the CV-19 sick, to protect the high risk and weak elderly.
That is premeditated murder, and the Governors (NYS) and others guilty of the above, across several states (PA), are still walking the streets as free citizens.
