I got tired of fighting the sliding shoulder problem so 3 years ago I tried a Boonie Packer Safari Sling. I really like it. I shot an elk while wearing it this year and didn't even realize I had it on. The gun just came up and bang. The only issue with it is muzzle control. If you're with someone, it's easy to be pointed at them so you have to pay attention.
Been using Boonie Packer slings for almost 30 years. There are so many advantages to that sling.........
