Take the ball out of Rodgers hands to kick a useless field goal. Should be fired for that call.
Rodgers should have run on 3rd and goal when the pass wasn't there. Even if he didn't score the TD, 4th and goal from 3 yard line or closer gives the coach more options, particularly run options. Rodgers gave up the right to try for TD on 4th down.
