LOL....any non straight tube scope LOOKS big on a mini.....or stuff like TCs, to me....but I generally don’t care if it serves a purpose. I’m interested to handle one of these. Bottom metal could probably be easily remedied, but the Howa Minis had seemed overly chunky and heavy for their size, to me. Maybe this remedies some of that......there’s still probably some cost comparison to be done vs buying and action and cutting and stocking to get things ‘better’, but we will see. I’m getting to the point where imagining what I could turn something into, getting half way there, then: squirrel!!.......and having half finished projects and ideas laying around, always seems to win out over just buying the offerings available and rolling. LOL
