Norwegians are generally retards.
Norwegians tend to have a higher IQ than other groups of white Europeans. They are just socialists who do well because of all the oil they have been able to sell as a nation. They are run by their government just as much as we Americans are. We are all so close to looking like China in that regard that pointing fingers is irrelevant.
