Seems like a good cartridge. What do you guys like for brass? Seems it might be easier to get the same ballistics with better brass availability using a .243 AI?
It's easy to meet or exceed factory 6mm specs in a 243 Ackley. I stuck mine in a standard-length action, 25" sporter weight barrel, and have been running cartridges around 2.95". 3300 with 103's has been a snap, and I could likely get same with 115's with the right powder.
