We will likely be treated to yet another lengthy diatribe about how he won the election and how it was stolen from him. While that may be true, I think most folks, like myself, are tired of hearing about it and praying to move on to more pressing issues that we might have some control over.
If you're so tired of hearing about it then why did you even bring it up. What happened was criminal so if someone murders your friend are you just going to get tired of hearing about that too. No what I think is you're another person trying to control the narrative of the conversation and making an effort to steer us away from something. You'll never have control of things swept under the rug, as you suggest.
