Governor should have to go to prison, too. Early release is for the birds. You do the crime.... you do the time. If the prison's are over crowded, build more prisons..... put people to work. And, every prison should be self reliant. Grow what you eat and if you cant grow it, swap your excess with a prison that can. That way you get corn and potatoes.
