I grew up in that town, the warm springs Indian reservation is about 15-20 miles away. That fella arrested is from the Rez, the number of fatalities on hwy 26 between madras and the Rez is mind boggling. The Rez Indian headed to madras to buy the hard liquor can’t wait to get home.
