If no adult needs it then it can go to the child of one of the above mentioned men, or women who lost their lives in the line of duty.
My dads father served in the navy on submarines. My mothers dad was a medic WWI. Both my dad and my wife’s dad were navy men WWII.
My dad was Border Patrol and INS. My younger brother recently retired from Border Patrol.
I barely missed Vietnam. I turned 18 in ‘73..... draft number 28....
